Les 22 clubs s'opposent lors de 42 journées folles.

A partir de 2026, les 6 derniers sont relégués en divisions régionales, remplacés par les 4 premiers de celles-ci, dans le cadre d'un passage à 22 clubs en 2026 et à 20 clubs en 2027.

Pour départager les égalités, on utilise les confrontations directes.
